This notice explains how CoreFlowIntelligence uses information collected through the FedAxis coming-soon website and interest form.
Information collected
The form collects your name, organization, email address, selected interests, optional message, contact consent, and submission time. When a campaign link includes a source, medium, or campaign name, those values are saved with your submission to help us understand which outreach brought you here. We also record the privacy-notice version presented when you submit.
New submission notifications may be sent to sales@fedaxis.ai using our email delivery provider when configured. The private CRM may contain follow-up dates, pipeline status, and internal notes about your inquiry. Please do not submit sensitive personal information, passwords, classified information, or confidential contract documents through the form.
How information is used
We use your submission to respond to your needs, discuss demos or partnerships, provide requested resources, and share relevant FedAxis launch or early-access updates according to your selected interests. Registering interest does not create a product account or guarantee early access.
Privacy requests are handled separately from promotional interests. Selecting “Privacy request” authorizes a response to that request, rather than signing you up for marketing updates.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored in the site’s hosted database and made available through an owner-restricted CRM. The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure; hosting and service providers process information as needed to operate the website, storage, authentication, and security functions. CoreFlowIntelligence does not sell registration data or provide it to advertising networks through this site.
Cookies and technical information
The application does not add advertising pixels or third-party analytics trackers. Campaign attribution is read from the current page link when you submit the form; the application does not store it in a tracking cookie. Hosting and authentication services may process connection information, logs, and cookies needed to serve the site and support administrator sign-in.
Retention and your choices
Information is retained while needed to respond to your inquiry, manage the relationship, or meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request access, correction, deletion, or an end to promotional contact. We may need to verify a request before making changes and may retain information where required.

Updates to this notice
Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date and version.
